Do I need a payment method for the free trial?+
Yes. After you create your agency account, start the 30-day free trial on the web with Stripe, or in the PalmCare iOS app with Apple In-App Purchase. Creating a web account alone does not unlock assessments.
What is the difference between Mobile, Office, and Agency?+
Mobile ($89.99/mo) is iPhone recording and documents only (8 assessments, 20 clients). Office ($149.99/mo) adds web CRM (15 assessments, 50 clients). Agency ($399.99/mo) adds higher limits and Customer Wallet (25 assessments, 150 clients). Care Scheduler and EVV are in build and not available yet. Enterprise is a custom quote.
What happens if I use all my assessments in a month?+
You are never blocked mid-visit. Agencies billed by card on the web keep recording at $12 per extra assessment, billed on the next invoice, up to double the plan cap. Apple-billed plans pause at the cap until the month resets, or you can upgrade for a higher cap.
I subscribed at the old price. Does my bill change?+
No. Early adopters and existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at. New prices apply only to new subscriptions.
Is there an annual discount?+
Yes. Annual plans save about 17% versus paying monthly. Toggle Annual on this page or on Billing to subscribe yearly.
Can Mobile subscribers use the web CRM?+
No. Mobile is iPhone docs only. Upgrade to Office for web CRM, or Agency for higher limits and Wallet. Care Scheduler and EVV are still in build. A few early adopters on Mobile $89.99 were grandfathered with CRM access.
How do subscriptions and payments work?+
On the web, Mobile, Office, and Agency use Stripe Checkout after you create an account. Pick monthly or annual before checkout. On iPhone, you can subscribe with Apple In-App Purchase in Settings → Your Plan. Enterprise is sold with a custom quote.
What happens after the 30-day trial?+
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan renews at the listed monthly or annual price. Web (Stripe) customers manage billing at palmcareai.com/billing. Apple customers manage it in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Can I upgrade from Mobile to Office or Agency?+
Yes. On the web, open Billing and change your plan. In the iPhone app, go to Settings → Your Plan and switch plans.
How do I cancel?+
Web subscribers cancel from Billing → Manage billing (Stripe portal). Apple subscribers cancel from iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
